The qualified candidate will participate in the creation of training and development materials, initiatives, and programs, with an emphasis on e-learning tools. This individual must be highly organized, positive, and in tune with the current effective trends in employee training. The right candidate will want to organize and manage the entire online training and development programs for the Company, including advising and educating managers on training initiatives; creatively utilizing sources for the construction of web-based training programs. The Learning Design Specialist will assess company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives; identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees; and, actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance and recognize performance. In addition, this position will develop, implement, and maintain electronic tracking of employee certification processes.
